George Bogle departed this life in Cannon County on 5 Feb 1855, leaving his widow, Margaret Bogle, and sons Joseph H. Bogle and Robert R. Bogle. The said Joseph H. was in charge of the estate, but he died intestate in Sep 1856. Said Margaret is now living with her son, Robert R. Bogle, and wishes for him to be appointed trustee. 7 Jul 1857 (Pp. 309-311)
