Funeral services for Robert Van Scoyoc, 63, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road., Rolling Meadows. A memorial service will also be held on Sunday, at 4 p.m., at the First United Methodist of Arlington Heights, 1903 E. Euclid St., Arlington Heights.
Born Aug. 27, 1936, in Rockvill, Ind., he died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, at Northwest Community Hospital. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights.
A Navy veteran, Bob retired in 1998 from Operation Able, where he served as a director of professional services. Prior to that, he had established and served as the president of Ircon, before that company was purchased by Square D Company, where he was then employed as an executive.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven J. Van Scoyoc.
