She was the daughter of the late Charles Worley and Mary Alice Dykes Mottern. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Harrison Hensley, sisters, Willie Lee Meader and husband Roy T. Meader, Mary Ella Russell and husband William Earl, brothers, Raymond Mottern and wife Bessie, Butler Mottern and wife Gladys, Taylor “Tootie” Mottern and Sherrill Mottern; in-laws, Edgar and Mafra Oliver, Dr. James and Dora Pettigrew, Sherman and Gladys Payne and Josephine Mottern.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 pm Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Maple Lawn Cemetery.
