MRS. TAYLOR PASSES AT 63; RITES TUESDAY
Illness of Three Days Is Fatal To Long-Time County Resident

Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning from the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church for Mrs. Laura Agnes Taylor,63, who died Sunday following an illness of three days.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. George Cobb and burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Usrey Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Taylor was a resident of this county most of her life and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, John Taylor of Oxford, Rt. 2; two sons, Cleve of Oxford and Willard of the US Air Force at Chanute AFB, Ill; six daughters, Mrs. Tay Fitzpatrick of Piedmont, Mrs. Oscar Faulkner and Miss Ellen Taylor of Oxford, Mrs. Johnny Reaves and Mrs. James Smith of Anniston and Mrs. Elmer Williams of Jacksonville; one sister, Mrs. John Cagle; one brother, Jesse Jackson of Pawhuske, Okla.; 21 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Oscar Faulkner, Jr., Leroy Fitzpatrick, Jr., John Rufus Faulkner, Wilbur Studdard, Gary Taylor and Fletcher Ford, all grandsons of Mrs. Taylor.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ellis Acker, Luther Ponder, Rollie Dothard, L. A. Haynes, F. D. Burty, J. A. Kirby, Tom Roberts, J. M. Bennett, M. J. Knight.
Flower girls will be Retha D. Epps, Marian Studdard, Thelma Ford, Ruby Jane Faulkner, Genevieve Taylor, Janice Fitzpatrick and Sharline and Earline Reeves.
