Mrs. Dawn Marie Reed, 55, of Warner Robins, Georgia departed this life on Monday, December 1, 2014. Dawn was born to Beverly (Simmons) Young and the late James David Young in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 23, 1959.
She graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1977 and enlisted in the Navy. She honorably served our country as an Air Traffic Controller. After her military service, she worked as a 911 Dispatcher and a Private Security Dispatcher.
She is survived by her mother, Beverly Young; two daughters, Erin Tarpley and Danielle Reed; two sons, Eric Tarpley and Gregory Reed; sisters, Candace Young, Sherii Thrift and Sabra Ellison; one brother, James Young II; two grandchildren, James and Ellie and a host of other relatives and friends.
Dawn was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
