SCHAEFFER, Florence L. Age 92, of Germantown, OH, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Heartland of Miamisburg. Florence was born November 14, 1922 to the late James and Grace (Walden) Ballinger, and was the oldest of 17 children.

In addition, she was preceded in death by her husband Carroll (Jim) Schaeffer, and 14 of her siblings. She is survived by her son Daniel (Joyce) Schaeffer, daughters Gail (Bruce) Wagner, and Thea (Hanson) Brown, brother Paul Ballinger, James McPherson, two sisters, Joyce Ann Shepherd, and Judy Blankenship, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 great- great grandchildren, and good friend Sam Savchak.
