Mrs. French was born in Lewis County, April 2, 1925, to the late Thomas E. and Nancy Smith McCleese.
Imogene is survived by her two sons, Tom French and his wife, Rose, amd Robert Allen French and his wife, Judy; six grandchildren, Tommy French and his wife, Katie, Robert and his wife, Emily, Jacob A. French, Jamie French, Joyce French and Tracy French; and seven great-grandchildren, Alisha, Anthony, Olivia, Alayna, Lacy, Connor and Mallory French, all of Maysville; three sisters, Eleanor Lawrence of Bethel, Ohio, Opal Duff of Detroit, Mich., and Imogene’s twin sister, Irene Ritchey of Ripley, Ohio; and three brothers, Avery McCleese of Mount Orab, Ohio, Clinton McCleese of Detroit, Mich., and Junior McCleese of Maysville.
