Mrs. Susan Osborne, 71, succumbed last Wednesday at her home at Ivel. She had been in failing health since last December.
She was a daughter of Tom and Doll Sexton Gibson and was the widow of Emery Osborne.
Surviving are three sons, Euel Osborne, of Jackson, Ohio, Emery and Bill Osborne, both of Ivel; two daughters, Lula Belle Osborne and Mrs. Grace Mulkey, both of Ivel, and a sister, Mrs. Ann Workman, of Allen.
The funeral was held November 19 at 11 a.m. at the Tom's Creek Free Will Baptist Church, the Rev. Carl Senters officiating. Burial was made in the Stratton cemetery at Ivel, Hall Brothers Funeral Home directing.
