Phillips, Constance Cline, age 90, widow of Michael Phillips, died November 26, 2014. She is survived by two daughters, Constance P. Nelson (Arthur W. Nelson Jr.) of Sunset Beach, N.C., and Nancy P. Dougherty (Walter A. Dougherty) of Johnson City, Tenn.; a son, William B. Phillips (Linda K. Phillips) of Powhatan, Va.; three grandchildren, Philip A. Nelson, Sarah V. Nelson and Brad A. Dougherty; and two great-grandchildren, Savannah H. Dougherty and Lucas A. Dougherty. A memorial service will be held at Westminster Canterbury, 1600 Westbrook Ave., Richmond, Va., on Friday, December 5, at 4 p.m. in their chapel. A reception will follow the service. There will be a family graveside service later in the Amelia Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fellowship Fund of Westminster Canterbury in Richmond.
