Mrs. Patricia Wheat, age 72 of Fayette, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Hospice of West Alabama. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Vernon City Cemetery. Rev. Scott Montgomery, Rev. M.L. Hollis, and Rev. Michael Rogers will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband: Reedus Wheat of Fayette, son: Gentry Wheat of Murfeesboro, TN, sisters: Johnnie Kate Mappin of Nashville, TN, Mary Crosley of Tuscumbia, AL, grandchildren: Noah and Finn Wheat.

Pallbearers will be: Ray Nelson, Randley Thomley, James Turner, Roger Moore, and Max Sullivan.
