Rev. Hanna was a Presbyterian minister. He came to Iowa 1869 from a congregation he’d been serving in Normal, Illinois to serve as pastor of the Presbyterian Churches in Rossville and Frankville, Iowa (170-1873). Then he served as the pastor at the Calvary and Casey, Iowa Presbyterian Churches (1874-1875). From there he went to serve in Kansas, but ended up eventully back at Normal, Illnoise where he died.
