Larry Neil Sherrill, 77, of Aquilla passed away December 1, 2014 in Fort Worth. He was born January 28, 1937 in Jefferson City, Missouri to Fred Wilson and Dorothy Marie (Alexander) Sherrill.
He grew up in Missouri and joined the Air Force right out of high school and made it his career retiring in 1976. On January 28, 1955 he married Jean O’Connor and she preceded him in death on May 3, 2006. He was an avid hunter.
Preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Robert Sherrill and a sister, Juanita Ombalski.
Survived by his children, Debbie Rubis, Shari Moore, Bob Sherrill, Chuck and Steve Sherrill; grand children; 12 great-grand children and brother, David Sherrill.
Graveside services will be held December 2, 2014 at Hillcrest Garden of Memory near Hillsboro.
