William was married to Mary H. Roberts on Sept. 14, 1898 at East Whitby, Ontario . Robert Pollock of Whitby and Annie Nicholls were the witnesses. William was 24 years of age and was a yeoman. Mary and William Pollock moved to the area of Kenmay, Manitoba where they were farmers.
