Mrs. Estelle Vines Barnett, joined her Lord on December 1, 2014 after a long illness, surrounded by loving family members.
Mrs. Barnett, a native of Neshoba County, was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Stanley B. Barnett; daughter, Cynthia Faye Barnett Cleary; sister, Pauline Vines; brothers, Lee Edward Vines and Pete Vines; and parents, Elliott and Mabel Vines.
She is survived by her son, John Thomas Barnett and wife, Suzanne (Magee); her grandchildren, Ashley Barnett (Atlanta), Janet Cleary (New York) and Barnett Cleary (Toronto, Canada); son-in-law, Dr. Paul Cleary (Connecticut); sisters, Martha Jones (Philadelphia), Mary Livingston (Union) and Nita Green (Brandon); brothers, Baudie Vines (Philadelphia), Joe Vines (Philadelphia) and Rudy Vines (Jackson); as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Barnett was a member of the Beacon Street Baptist Church, and active in church work throughout her life. She is fondly remembered as a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She was known by all for her kindness, generosity and devout faith.
