He was born January 10, 1928 to the late Albert Cooper and Grace (Estes) Cooper-George. Also preceding him in death was his wife, Sarah (Cunningham) Cooper and brothers and sisters.
Rodney was a Korean War Army veteran. He was a member of American Legion Post 213 and a lifetime member of Moose Lodge 1424. He enjoyed spending time at his farm in Kentucky that referred to as his “little piece of heaven”. He also enjoyed watching westerns, gardening, reading and hunting.
