Oct. 20, 1795, Sarah S., daughter of John Stevens and Esther (Sargent) Ellery (third child of Winthrop Sargent of Gloucester); she d. at their mansion-house, Franklin Place, Sept. 1, 1839. Their children were: i. Daniel, b. at Gloucester, Jan. 31, 1797; d. April 21, 1814. ii. Esther, b. in Boston, March 11, 1798, Thomas C. Amory, merchant at Boston, Jan. 1, 1820; d.
