Denis Victor Marshall, 48, of Fredericksburg, Va., died Sunday, November 23, 2014, at home.
He was born in Martinsville, Va., on August 18, 1966, to Therian V. (T.V.) Marshall and Marie Montgomery Marshall.
He was a 1984 graduate of Drewry Mason High School and earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University in 1989. He had lived and worked in Fredericksburg for the past 22 years. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother, Dudley S. Marshall and wife Julie of Birmingham, Ala.,; and two nephews, David and Lauren; and an uncle Merlain Marshall.
The funeral will be held Monday, December 1, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Tim Harville officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Burial Park.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home of his parents.
