Wilma Van Hal

Wilma Wichhart Van Hal, 74, of 909E. Third St., died at her home Nov. 17.

She was born Aug. 14, 1905, near Monroe to Willem and Nellie Wichhart, and attended local grade schools, She married William Van Hal Jr. at Pella Feb. 26, 1929, and the couple lived in the Pella area throughout their married life.

Survivors include her husband William; her sons Robert, Marion and Donald, all of Pella; her daughters Marie (Mrs. Henry) Van Leeuwen of Hanover, Ind. and Junella (Mrs. Richard) Edwards of Oskaloosa; nine grandsons and granddaughters; her sisters Marie (Mrs. Ed.) Keuning, Nellie (Mrs. Peter) Boerefyn andEsther (Mrs, Jake) Jansen, all of Pella, and her brother Marion of Pella.

She was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church, at which church services were held Nov. 20. The Rev. Jerome Julien officiated,

Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery. Wan Dyk-Duven Funeral Home handled arrangements.
