FARMINGTON - Theresa A. Adams, age 85, formerly of Dick Dame Lane in Farmington died peacefully, surrounded by her two loving daughters, Wednesday evening November 26, 2014 at Bellamy Fields in Dover.

She was such a loving mom, grandmother and great grandmother known as GG Ma to them. The world will miss our special mother but heaven has gained a wonderful soul. Theresa loved walking for hours with her good friend Linda Webber of Farmington. She loved looking through antique shops to add to her collection of Carnival Glass, loved needlepoint and cooking, but most of all loved spending time with her family. She always had a big smile on her face when she saw the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Theresa looked forward to her Saturday's with her daughter Lynn to shop and spend the day with and trips to Maine with her daughter Dianna.

She married her high school sweetheart Leon of 57 years, until his death in 2006. They married at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lebanon where they made their home on West Street until they moved to Williamstown Vermont in 1961. When they retired, they moved to Gloucester Virginia, then realizing how much they missed their family, moved back to New Hampshire.

She was loved so much and will be missed dearly, but she is at peace. She has gained her wings and is with her dear husband at last, the late Leon R. Adams, Sr.

Also predeceased by a son: Leon R. Adams Jr., her parents: Arthur and Anita (Macy) Dubuque, 2 brothers Rodney and Arthur Dubuque and a grandson: Mark Hayford.

Survived by her 2 daughters: Lynn M. Couture and husband Steven of Rochester, Dianna S. Hayford and husband Norman of Barre Vermont, a brother: Robert Dubuque and wife Betty of Virginia, a daughter-in-law: Jean Adams of Williamstown Vermont, her grandchildren: Ryan Wilson and wife Mel of Acton Maine, Ashley Wilson and Tom of Somersworth, Adam Wilson and wife Katy of Dover, Sherrel Whittemore of Barre Vermont, Holly Pembroke and husband Eric of Middlesex Vermont, Tina Bernier of Williamstown Vermont, Vicki Adams-Rivers of Williamstown Vermont, her great grandchildren: Drake Wilson, Ava Wilson, Gabe Wilson, Abram Wilson, Julian Sanborn, Leon Wilson, Ramona Wilson, Ella Pembroke, Lola Pembroke, Tyler Whittemore, Paige Whittemore, Erin Rivers, Cassandra Bernier and Chantel Bernier.

And just at the moment when someone at my side says: "There, she is gone!" There are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices ready to take up the glad shout: " Here she comes!" Henry Van Dyke

Thank you so much to the staff at Bellamy Fields, moms home away from home, for their loving care for mom and us while we stayed with her there. Lisa, Cyndi, Marcie, Kathy Dr. John Hopkins, Kelly, Melissa and everyone who treated her like she was their mom.

Thank you for the loving Hospice team for helping us through this very hard time. Especially Nancy Greenwood, you were are calm.

A special mention of her best friend Bernice Seaver of Williamstown Vermont, friends for 53 years. They were each other's Best.

Also a good friend Jeannine Murphy of Williamstown Vermont.
