He was preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers.
Herbert is survived by his loving wife of fifty one years, Barbara Willis, a daughter, Deborah Smith (Todd), a sister, Aileen Rich, grandchildren, Erica, Zachary, Tyler and Tanner, and a brother-in-law Mike. He is also survived by his two cats, Sunny and Katrina.
A celebration of Herbert's life will be conducted at 12 noon on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
