YORK - Gary H. Grace, 61, of York, died at 10:27 a.m. Monday at York Hospital. He was the husband of JoAnn E. (Black) Grace, to whom he was married for 43 years.
The service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, with full military rites by York County Veterans Honor Guard. Viewing will be 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Stuart "Duke" Shelley will officiate.
Mr. Grace was born Oct. 10, 1940, in York. He was the son of the late Cecil J. and Edna M. (Holtzapple) Grace.
He worked for Standard Register. He was a member of Immanuel Evangelical Free Church and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
Mr. Grace also is survived by two sons, Timothy W. Grace and Patrick G. Grace, both of York; two daughters, Kelly J. Huyett of Ephrata and Kristin M. Frigm of Shrewsbury; seven grandchildren; and a brother, Edward C. Grace of York.
