"For Paternal Love" toward his son John ALLAN granted him a tract containing 342 1/2 acres with all its appurtenances, situated on the south side of Opeckon Run, it being part of a larger tract containing 685 acres which was granted by patent to Jose HITE in Oct 1734 and afterwards granted to said Robert ALLEN in May 1742.
