Molly Virginia Smith, 75, entered into rest on Monday, November 24, 2014.
Molly was born on January 21, 1939 in Sloan, Iowa to the late George and Helen Courtney Smith. She retired from Robins Air Force Base after several years as a logistics manager. Beth Yeshua International was her church home.
Molly enjoyed teaching Hebrew and had a passion for traveling and experiencing cultural diversity. She loved time spent with her family and friends and will be remembered as a warm, kind and generous giver, accepting of all.
Her parents; and sister, Joann Lee, preceded her in death.
Molly's memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Guy L. Smith, Jr. of Warner Robins; children, Ricky Smith (Edith) of San Antonio, Texas and Tami Smith of Newport Beach, California; granddaughter, Natalie Smith Paterson of Newport Beach, California; brother, James Smith of Denver, Colorado; sisters, Bonnie Parseley of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa and Lona Lansville of Denver, Colorado; and many adoring nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2014 at Beth Yeshua International. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville.
