Mae Louise Jenkins, age 82 of Harrison, passed away Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Maple Esplanade in Harrison.
She was born June 21, 1932 in Harrison to Lydle and Jewell Christene Simmons Marshall.
Mae was a member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church and worked many years for Boone County Special Services. She was loved by all and spent the last eight months of her life at Maple Esplanade where she was loved and will be missed by the residents and staff.
Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Robert and Gail Jenkins of Harrison; two grandsons: Joseph (Amy) Jenkins and Sean Jenkins, both of Harrison; two brothers Jimmy (Faye) Marshall of Harrison and Eddie Marshall; two great-grandchildren: Abbigail and Adalynn Jenkins and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Reverend Wilfred Jenkins, Sister Margie Logan and brother Doc Marshall.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5-7:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
