Ruby Carroll passed away on November 25, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. Ruby was born May 15, 1926 to Ruben and Mellie Bowman in Huntsville, Arkansas. She moved to California in the 1940’s where she met the love of her life, Harry Carroll. They married in Ontario, California, and raised their family together in Montclair, California. Ruby worked as a waitress in Ontario for many years. In 1985 they retired and moved to Hesperia, California.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harry, her parents and her siblings Earl, Roy, Vernon, Elrena and Idear.
She is survived by her children Linda Carroll, Judy Adams, Larry Carroll (Judy), Keith Carroll (Kathy) and Karen Butters (Shawn). She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Lodema Gross.
