Charles A. Baker, 88, died on November 23, 2014 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the third son of six children born to Cecil J. Baker, Sr. and Helen (Deegan) Baker. Charles was born on April 8, 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri and resided in Kansas City most of his life except for the period from 1928 to 1937 when he lived in the Rosedale area of Kansas City, Kansas. He is survived by two brothers, two sisters, and fourteen nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Thomas, of North Carolina; and one niece, Barbara Huffman, of Kansas City. Arrangements: D. W. Newcomer's Sons Funeral Home.
