Missy was born March 17, 1966 in Howell, Michigan. She was a graduate of Oceana High School and was President of the Class of 1984. She was a 1988 graduate of her beloved Marshall University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She was a member of the Marshall Thundering Herd Marching Band and a member of Marshall University's Alumni.
Missy is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis "Bud" Browning (1958-2009); her stepson John Browning (Deceased), her paternal grandparents, Pete Parsons Sr. (Deceased) and Lydia Parsons (Deceased); and her maternal grandparents, Cecil McGlothlin (Deceased) and Alva McGlothlin (Deceased).
Missy is survived by her parents, Pete "Jr" Parsons Jr. and Ruth Ann Parsons of Clay WV, her sister Sara Lynn Parsons-Argabright, and her husband and very dear friend, Darren "Dino" Argabright, her two nephews Joshua Calvin and Jacob Darren Argabright of Salem, VA; stepson Coray Browning her two faithful cats, Winston and Mater; and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who loved her very much.
A celebration of Missy's life will be held 1:00 P. M Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Dewey Tanner officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore.
