Dale was born November 11, 1959 in Redfield to Arlo and Illa Mae (Miller) Becker. He grew up west of Redfield and graduated from Redfield High School in 1978. He farmed and raised livestock west of Redfield.
Dale was well known for driving around on his Ranger, was an avid hunter and gun collector. His dogs, Ellie and Judy were his constant companions.
Dale is survived by his three sisters: Pam (Rod) Weikum of Casper, WY; Denise (Bill) Ashline of Rawlins, WY; and Dawn (Alfred) Waldner of Yale, SD; and his brother Dennis (LuAnne) Becker of Brookings, SD. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces and their families: Jeremy (Angel Hallen) Becker, Tyler (Kandice) Ashline, Tara (Mike) Follum and Ann Marie (Ben) Derby.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
