Funeral services for Emma Olivia Cross, 90 of Beaumont will be held Monday, November 24, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Woodland Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of friends and family will be on Sunday from 5-7:00 p.m. at Woodland Baptist Church.

Mrs. Cross was born July 8, 1924 in Deville, Louisiana to the late Nathan and Mary (Wiley) Denny and went to be with her Lord on November 21, 2014. She was a homemaker and longtime member of Woodland Baptist Church.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother and a faithful servant of her Lord. She was richly blessed with a large and wonderful family. Those left to cherish her memory include eight children and their spouses, Nathan and Jo Ann Cross, Wanda and Eldreage Boaz, Lois and Carroll Goswick, Danny W. Cross, Violet ad Donald Lowe, Jennie Massey, David. D. Cross and Mary and Mike Kopydlowski. She is also survived by 75 grand, great and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Daniel “Peck” Cross on June 11, 1997 after 55 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by all of her siblings.
