Mick was the son of the late Howard L. and Della (Parris) Garrett, Sr.
Mick proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents, Mick was preceded in death by his former wife, Jackie Garrett on February 20, 2014; sister, Sharon Cole; and brother, Ernie Garrett.
