Dwight Kelly Bailey, 68, lost his battle with cancer on October 27, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. He was born in San Francisco on May 4, 1946.

He served two tours in Vietman, retired from the Navy Reserves, was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, and was commander of the DAV in 1994.

He helped Veterans throughout his twenty-one year job at the California Employment Development Department in Turlock, California, and continued to help veterans until his death.

He was a loving brother, husband, dad, papa and dear friend.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy K. Bailey and Margaret Bailey Sligh; and half brother, Gregory S. Bailey.

Dwight leaves behind his loving wife, Judy Bailey; children, Ian Bailey, Brandi Gardea, and Beth Davis; sisters, Brenda Carwile and Tonya Bailey Keener; and half siblings, Maura Bailey, Jeanine Kennedy, Derek Bailey, and Brian Bailey; and grandchildren, Zack, Devin, Tyler, Cassi, Evan, Gabriel, Eric, and Danielle.
