Ms. Barbara Ann Richter Suggs, 72, of Panama City, FL went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 20, surrounded by her family.
She is survived by one son, Greg (Paula) Fussell; one daughter, Cindy (Eric) Cappel; two sisters, Midgie (Tom) Hines and Jeannie (Norman) Brown; four grandchildren, Amy and Emily Walker, Angela (Nate) Shalduha and Greg Fussell Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Brandyn Walker and Ava and Brayden Shalduha. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 24 at Heritage Funeral Home with services to follow at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
