(July 5, 1927 - November 10, 2009)
A native of Smithfield, VA she was the daughter of the late Vernon S. Richardson and Alma Pearl Stevens. She was also predeceased in death by her husband Edward “Eddie” John Kinsey, Sr., and her son David Arthur Kinsey.
Pearl retired after a career as a legal secretary for the Suffolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office. She was a lifelong member of Suffolk Christian Church.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Edward John Kinsey, Jr., (Ginnie) of Suffolk, and Dr. Robert Henry Kinsey, IV, (Deanne) of Danville, PA, and six grandchildren; and her brother and sister-in-law, George S. Richardson (Mae) of Pittsburgh, PA.
Her funeral service was held November 13, 2009, at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, with the Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating.
