CIVIL WAR VET IS DEAD

Henry Baugh, age 90, died at 2:45 PM Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. H. McNeely of Ellettsville. Death was due to a complication of diseases peculiar to advanced age and came after an illness of only four days.

Mr. Baugh was a Civil War veteran and was a member of the G. A. R. at Spencer. He was also a member of the Christian Church.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. C. H. McNeely of Ellettsville and Mrs. H.G. Rice of Spencer; two sons, Charles Baugh of Ellettsville and Burch Baugh of Canton, Ohio, and one grandson, Fred Baugh of Ellettsville.

Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon from the Church of Christ at Ellettsville and were in charge of the Rev. Mr. Baker of Ellettsville and the Rev. T. D. McFadden of Spencer. Interment was in the M. E. Cemetery at Ellettsville. The American Legion post of this city furnished active pallbearers and a firing squad and military burial was given. Honorary pallbearers were selected from the G. A. R. of this city.
