Charlene Elizabeth Billings, 66, of Chico.

Charlene was born August 31, 1939 in Long Beach, CA to June and "Hoot" Baker. She graduated from Torrance High School and later attended BYU and El Camino Jr. College. She married Vincent Billings and the couple settled in Federal Way, Washington. Charlene worked 35 years as a computer analyst for Boeing Aircraft. In 1995 the couple retired to Chico.

Char will be remembered as a "giver"; she was quick to give a hug, smile, kiss, or pleasant word. Her passions were children, family time and playing games. Aunt Char was "grandma" not only to her own granddaughter but to many other children; most recently, Willy and Bailey Baker. She was an adoring and devoted wife to her husband "Vinnie."

Survivors include her husband, Vincent; a daughter, Deborah Haehn of Sacramento; 2 sons, Randy of Sacramento and Craig of Federal Way, Washington; a brother, Wil Baker and his wife, Bobbi of Chico; a granddaughter, Michelle; many nieces and nephews: Lisa and Casey Baker, Bryce and Kelly Primm, Carson & Jason Pezzetti, Andi Baker, Bailey, Willy and C.J. Baker.
