Son of Dudley Cecil and Elsie Evelyn Stout Terrell. He married (1) Jeanette Ellen Schroeder 4 Jun 1961 in Ellsworth KS. Children: Tamara Renee, Monty Shane. He married (2) Doris Fay Leatherman. Howard graduated from Yates Center High School and joined the military. There he had a desk job as he was one of only a few who could type. Howard was musically talented and joined in whenever there was something to sing. Howard died of cancer.
