Ruth E. Todd passed away on November 18, 2014.
She was a homemaker. Penny was a member of Presbyterian Church of the Covenant and the Women's Circle Group. She was a member of Women's Sorority Beta Sigma Phi. Penny also volunteered at the Sunday breakfast Mission Women's Auxiliary. She liked entertaining, decorating for the holidays and collecting ceramic mice.
Penny was preceded in death by her husband Milford H. Todd, her parents Fred and Florence Graw and her grandson, Frank Ruckle, IV. She is survived by her daughter Carol Ruckle and her husband Frank, her grandson Todd Ruckle and his wife Maria, her great grandchildren, Josh and Emily, her brother William Graw and his wife Clarissa, her sister-in-law Sally Logan, her godson, John Kennedy and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant, 503 Duncan Road, Wilm., DE 19809 where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
