Devoted husband of 44 years to his beloved and adored wife Jeanette Harrell; and loving father of Paul Harrell II, David Harrell, Gina Harrell, Margot Harrell, Paula Harrell; and proud grandfather of Paul Harrell III, Joseph Harrell, Tashawna Harrell and Natalia Harrell. Paul was born May 3, 1926 in Idabel, OK, to Chester Harrell and Jerlen Demps, and passed away suddenly April 6 of heart failure at CMPC in San Francisco at the age of 79.
Paul graduated from USF with a masters of business administration. He provided outstanding service to the US Air Force for 39 years and retired as a lt. colonel.
Paul also served as the administrator of Keys Residential Care Homes for 30 plus years. He was a member of the Golden Gate Breakfast Club since 1974 and of the Reserve Officer's Association of the United States for over 30 years.
DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City Funeral Service will be held at St. Emydius Church, 286 Ashton St. at De Montford Ave, SF, Committal at Holy Cross Cemetery.
