Oliver Edward Davis, Sr., 92, of Richmond, departed this life November 15, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille B. Davis; son, Oliver Davis, Jr.; one sister and two brothers. He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Allison O. Davis; two sons, Ronald (Lindora) and Darryl Davis; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; two cousins, Alice Marshall and Barbara Haskins; brother-in-law, Earl Bray Sr.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Laburnum Ave., where a viewing was held Thursday, November 20, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral service 12 noon Friday, November 21, 2014 at Garland Avenue Baptist Church, 2700 Garland Ave. Rev.
