She was born January 10, 1905 in Keokuk, the daughter of Emmett F. and Mary Raines Billings. She was a lifetime resident of Keokuk.
She married Floyd E. Stice October 26, 1946, in Keokuk and he survives. Also surviving are one brother, Albert E. Billings of Keokuk, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and six sisters.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Schmidt Memorial Home with the Rev. Jerry Walters officiating.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
