W.G. Smart, 76, of Henderson, CO passed away on March 27, 2005. He was born on October 13, 1928 in Brockton, Massachusetts to Earl P. Smart, Sr. & Margaret (Allen) Smart. Chief Master Smart retired from the Air Force in October 1969 and subsequently formed his own business – Continental Claims, Inc., 1993. He and his late wife enjoyed boating and traveling together.
He is survived by sons Barry Smart of Denver, CO and Steven Smart of Brighton, CO; daughters Brenda Zarecor and Susan Harris both of Dacono, CO; sister Mrs. Myrtle B. Spillane of Brockton, Mass. 3 grandchildren also survive him. He is preceded in death by wife Carolyn Ann on Dec. 31, 1998 and by his parents Earl Preston Smart, Sr. and Margaret (Allen) Smart; brothers George, Robert, Francis and Richard and sister Dorothea all of the Brockton, Mass. area.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, April 2 at Tabor Funeral Home in Brighton, CO.
