Born in Providence on November 23, 1964, a son of the late Francis "Frank" and Brigid "Bridie" (Meenan) Flynn.
Chris enjoyed working at the James L. Maher Center, loved running in 5K road races, walks at Second Beach in Newport, going to baseball games, car shows, Pepsi, Peppermint Patties and vanilla ice cream from Newport Creamery. He enjoyed playing basketball, watching Jeopardy and The Wheel of Fortune and listening to the oldies and classic rock on the radio.
He is survived by his loving siblings, Rosemary Koch and her husband Kevin of Arlington, MA, Barbara A. Flynn of Warwick, Francis J. Flynn and his wife Sharon of West Warwick and Kevin P. Flynn of Cranston; dear uncle of Daniel P. and Sean F. Flynn, Kathryn M. Politelli, Alexander F. and Katerina E.B. Koch. He also leaves his extended family, the residents and staff of Toni Lynn Terrace where he was very helpful and always assisted his housemates.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 10 a.m. in St. Matthew Church, Elmwood Avenue, Cranston. Interment will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
