Earl Adams married Georgia Quigly of Hillcrest, Alberta in 1924. Earl farmed at Kirkcaldy and then moved to Calgary. They had one son, Robert, who was born in 1925, died in 1935. Georgia died in 1966 in Calgary.

ADAMS – William “Earl” Adams passed away on February 22, 1995 at the Rockyview Hospital in the presence of his loving wife Thelma. Earl was born September 29, 1903 at Pendelton, Oregon arriving with his parents to farm in the Vulcan area in 1905. He moved to Calgary in 1936. Besides his wife, Earl is survived by his two sisters, Bertha Thompson of Calgary and Martha Scott of High River; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Georgia, April 26, 1966 and a son Bobby. He is survived by a stepson Jim (Lorraine) Adams; granddaughter Georgia (Steve) Longden of Florida; great granddaughters, Heather Longden and Melissa (Talbot) Thompson of Georgia. Wonderful tales and memories are shared by his stepson Harry (Joyce) Viccars, Roy (Ginny)Viccars and five step-grandchildren, Sherri (Rick)Bellamy, John (Adrian) Viccars, Gerrad, Joel and Kent Viccars. Family and friends are invited to an Open House in honor of Earl from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, February 26, 1995 at 3618 10 Street S.W.
