A ceremony celebrating the life of Deborah Ann "Debbie" Galloway will be 10 am Saturday at Judson Baptist Church; visitation will be Friday at the church 6 pm until 9 pm and will resume at 9 am until time of the funeral Saturday; interment will follow at the church cemetery. Mrs. Galloway was born in Baton Rouge on August 12, 1950 to the union of Frank John and Mildred LaPrarie Cooper Sr., and departed from this life on Thursday Morning May 22, 2014 at her home in Denham Springs at the age of 63 years. She was a homemaker; an avid reader; she enjoyed dancing, playing cards and watching Joyce Meyer; her passion was time spent with her family; she will always be remembered by her tender spirit, being a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend; and her love of Diet Coke. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her life companion Mitch Dickerson; children Michael Galloway Jr, Milissa Stockwell, Christine Palmer and husband Gary; sister Wanda Gayle Aucoin; step children Jacob Dickerson, Ashley Watts and husband Dustin; brothers Dewayne and Frank Cooper Jr; grandchildren Raven, Billy Jr, Cameron, Gabrielle, Izabella, Britt and Sophie; also survived by nieces, nephews and her canine companion "Stretch".
