Erma Mae Klopp, 84, formerly of 1221 Second Ave. SE and a resident of Cedar Rapids for over 60 years, died Friday in a Marion care center.
She was born March 22, 1893, in rural Linn County, She was employed as a clerk for the REA Express for 30 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Marion and Hanford Post. No. 5, Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include: three brothers, Lloyd of Troy Mills, Loren of Center Point and Orlan of Walker; and two sisters, Ida Bruce of Greenville, S.C. and Mary Cleveland of Marion.
Services: 3 p.m. Monday at the Murdoch Chapel, Marion, by the Rev. Glen W. Lamb of the First United Methodist Church. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion. Friends may call at the Murdoch Chapel after 2 p.m. today.
