DIED.
At the residence of his mother, in Marion, May 6, 1893, Albert Russell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alpheus C. King. He was born in Bertram township, May 6, 1875. Of this family of nine children, only the mother and six children are living. These are James E., living at Kenwood Park, and Mary, George, Alvin, Henry and John, at home.
Albert had not made a public profession of his faith in Christ, but during his long illness, he seemed to be seeking Christ. When the neighbors called, they sometimes found him with an open Bible before him, and a few days before his death he gave the writer some evidence that he had found the Saviour. The funeral services were held at the house, conducted by Rev. Alex S. Marshall and attended by a large number of sympathizing friends.
