Virginia Beach - Christina Mae Capps, age 91, went to be with the Lord on October 22, 2014 in Norfolk, VA. Mrs. Capps was a founding member of Brentwood Baptist Church. She was very active in the church and sang in the choir for many years.
Christina was preceded in death by her husband, Saint Paul Capps, and a son, Ronald Ray Capps. She is survived by her daughter, Linda K. Pruhs of VA Beach; a son, Timothy W. Capps, Sr. (wife Mary) of Seminole, FL; six grandsons; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8pm on Wednesday, October 29th at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norview Chapel. The funeral service will be held at the same location on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park in Virginia Beach.
