Funeral services for Mrs. Glenda Berryman Washington Tornes, 42, of Jackson, MS; were held at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 28, 1996; at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church in the Mileston Community near Tchula, MS.
Mrs. Tornes died in the early morning of April 24, 1996, at her home in Jackson, MS.
A native of Holmes County, MS; she was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Berryman, and a grandchild.
Survivors include six children, Chandra Denise Berryman, Rhonda Washington, both of Jackson, MS; Willie Torrey, Kevin and Ankoma Washington, all of Tchula, MS; her mother, Eva Brand Berryman; and a sister, Mattie Clark.

Interment in Rose Bank Cemetery near Tchula, MS.
