Lloyd was the son of James George Bogle, Jr., and Albuquerque Walker.

Lloyd Bogle was in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. He was so young that Malmstrom was probably his first assignment after basic training and technical school. He and his girlfriend Patricia Kalitzke were kidnapped on 2 Jan 1956 and found murdered.

UPDATE: Jan 15, 2023, the Bogle & Kalitzke Cold Case has been solved through DNA testing.
Below link is valid as of this date. The crime seems to have been one of 'opportunity' as the suspect had no connections to either Bogle or Kalitzke, but lived just a little more than a mile from Patricia Kalitzke's home with his family. Then 29-year-old Kenneth Gould was known to go horseback riding in the general vicinity. of the "Lovers Lane" murders. He had never been considered a suspect at the time of the crime.
