Rosalie, 101, Lima, died at 12:30 a.m., at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was the daughter of Milo D. and Eulalia (Houser) Yelvington. In 1936, she married Thomas E. Webb, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons: John (Kathy), Paulding, and Kevin (Judy), Sylvania; a daughter, Linda (David) Rankin, London; and ten grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Thomas; and a brother, John.
She volunteered for St. Rita's Auxiliary for over 40 years in the hospital gift shop. She attended the University of Illinois. She was also a member of the Catholic Women's College Club and The Happy Hours Garden Club.
A Mass of a Christian Burial will be at St. Charles Catholic Church, Lima, with Rev. Steven Blum officiating.
